Young Nigerian man starts developing his site; buys blocks & sand, takes construction to roofing level

A young Nigerian man who is invested in having a permanent roof over his head shared a video of how he is developing his site.
After getting a piece of land, the man employed a laborer to clear the place and started his foundation. He captured the moment trucks brought sand to the site.
When the house was at the lintel level before roofing, the man climbed on it and made a video. He also took a photo of the building after it was roofed.
The young man said that he is happy to have completed the first stage of the construction. The next thing he looks forwards is making interior finishing touches and furnishing.

Another Nigerian man built house
Meanwhile, THETALK.NG earlier reported that a young Nigerian man (@2black_01) who works as a bricklayer showed people how he built a very modest house for himself and completed it on time.
In a video that has stirred massive reactions on TikTok, it was seen that the man put in so much effort. Many were amazed when they saw how much work he invested into the project.
He led the masonry work as he plastered the whole building. At the beginning of the clip, one can see how the building project started.
