President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA says QUEEN ELIZABETH the Second, will be remembered for her devotion to public service and her deep sense of duty to country.
He says Her Majesty oversaw seismic shifts in global, social, cultural, political, and economic landscape during her unprecedented reign.
President HICHILEMA adds that the QUEEN will forever remain an inspiration and a symbol of steadfast, resolute and unwavering leadership, not only to the people of Zambia but to all citizens of the Commonwealth and the world at large.
The President says Zambia stands together with members of the Royal Family and the people of the United Kingdom and the entire Commonwealth.
This is according to a statement released to ZNBC News by Presidential Spokesperson ANTHONY BWALYA.
