Economic Front (EF) leader Wynter Kabimba has written UPND secretary general Batuke Imenda demanding that he serves him with his defence by tomorrow, failure to which he shall proceed to apply for appropriate orders accordingly.
In a letter dated September 12, 2022 and seen by Zambian Eye, Kabimba, who is representing Bwalya Malama, over Imenda’s use of the Zambia Air Force (ZAF) chopper, stated that Imenda has todate not provided his defence despite acknowledging receipt of summons.
