President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA has directed the Ministry of Lands to immediately address illegal land allocation in Chantete Ward of Kitwe on the Copperbelt.
President HICHILEMA said this when he addressed residents of Chatente Ward at a Mini Rally to gunner support for UPND Candidate ABEL MULENGA in the forthcoming Kwacha Parliamentary by election.
And President HICHILEMA has asked the people of Kwacha to vote for a UPND Candidate in the forthcoming by election to ensure delivery of development.
He has also assured the people of Chantete that challenges of Water, Roads, Health and Education will be addressed with provision of supporting infrastructure.
The seat is being contested by UPND’s ABEL MULENGA, Economic Freedom Fighters Party candidate JAYAWARDENA ASHANI, Leadership Movement Candidate Professor OLIVER SILUMBE.
Others are SHADRECK MUMBA of the UPPZ and LAWRENCE KASONDE an independent candidate though he is reported to have withdrawn from the race.
